I've kept tabs on this and tried to contribute to dicussions when relevant but I have got to know... is this place dead? Should I delete my bookmark?

Nope, the VCA isn't dead. ;p It's true the forums are quiet lately, but that was to be expected without a big project such as Free Ryzom. But some of us are still working behind the stage to make sure we move forward with the VCA principles.
For example, as mentioned in another thread, I'm working on additions to the website to do new things - see http://dev.virtualcitizenship.org/ to get an idea of what's in the pipe. Also, we have been discussing with the makers of Horizons, to try to see if we could acquire the game, but it wasn't possible. Now we are discussing with the owners of Seed.
Of course, if you want to participate, you're welcome. ;p |

It looks good so far. A lot of people probably go straight to the forums, so be sure to let us know when it's ready. |
