Panda3d is at least is missing in your list.
Well I think it's very soon to choose engine and tools. It would have been better to make an inventory of all known engine and tools needed for an MMO3DG.
Then try to compare feature and license of each tool. |

| There are 11,990 3D engine projects on Sourceforge alone. Surely, you're not suggesting that we evaluate everyone one them. If we even attempt that we'll never get past the evaluation stage. |

If you guys would like to pull down the code base and write up the evaluation of these other engines, as well as post their official documentation for review, we'll be happy to look at the other engines your proposing.
Here's what you'll need in order to complete the review:
1 - which items need to be upgraded to bring the engine into line with the design documents
2 - an estimate of man hours needed
3 - bring up a working shard so that we conduct some testing |

I pointed out elsewhere that very soon we will need to build our own tools to allow in-world editing, to place textures, objects, scripts etc from menus, etc.
Most of the reasons people were annoyed with CS have been removed with the 1.0 release. One complaint was slow release schedule. |
