Hello,
The Ryzom.org offer to the judiciary administrator was already explained and voted here, but at that time we could post the whole plan without damaging our chances against the competitors.
Even if we still haven't heard back officially from the court, but persistent rumors say that there was two offers, the other one being better than ours. We'll try to improve our proposition over the next days, but in the meantime there isn't any reason left to keep the current offer documents undisclosed.
So I've just uploaded them, and you'll be able to find them below. Beware, they are of course in French (if somebody wants to translate them...), and keep in mind that the offer was made in a hurry, everything isn't definitive. For example, the non-profit organization status aren't the final Debian-like ones, but standard French non-profit organization ones (we'll have to make those ones together), and people nominated (president, secretary, etc.) are temporary too. The resumes only include a few of the active people, they are mainly there to impress the judge. Etc.
You will need OpenOffice.org to open the documents, or a PDF viewer.
Feel free to comment, suggest changes or give us our dose of crack.
Edit: I've just edited the non-profit organization statutes and resume to remove a name upon request from this person. The relevant parts have been replaced by a "=SNIP=". |

I just had a look at the association status pdf and saw that you were a "consultant en univers persistant, en qualité de président".
What's that supposed to be? 
"Consultant en univers persistant"??? 0_o
Tu peux répondre en Français aussi si tu veux. ^^ |

I have it in .odt and .pdf format.
Whom should I send it to, so it can be added as a downloadable file?
I already put the translation on the wiki as an article:

Don't hesitate to correct and improve it.
I had some difficulties with french terms like SARL, SAS, ...
So I simply added the english equivalents I found on the net in brackets.
There are still 4 documents to translate completely and one partially translated.

Du coup, j'ai juste rajouté les équivalents anglais que j'ai pu trouver sur le net entre parenthèses.
